The old black lady with the glasses was super rude this morning. I stopped by around 10:30a while my buddy was in a dentist appointment. I figured I’d stop by somewhere real quick and grab a bite to eat. Right when I come in she’s like so are you getting breakfast or lunch and I said breakfast. She says well you better hurry up now and then shouts at the people by the grill asking them what they have. I kept things simple as I always do and walked my butt out the door. Took 40 minutes just to tell me their system isn't working and they aren't getting mobile orders while I sat inside waiting. Not the staffs fault but dang lock in y'all....if u see someone sitting there for that long at least ask what order I'm there for!!! And to say to refund it and there's nothing you can do instead of just making the order? C'mon now. Never going here again. Try the other burger king nearby y'all they're way better.

First, advice to management: you probably should find somebody that doesn’t wear hearing aids to work the drive-through. Also, maybe instruct drive-through employees not to yell at customers when they ask about breakfast sandwich specials. as I was waiting for my turn in the line (mind you there’s only two cars in front of me when I arrive) the car directly in front of me in the drive-through worker was getting frustrated with I can understand it’s early in the morning but when you yell at them and then I pull up and ask for the breakfast sandwich specials are and you proceeded to scream at me

I stood waiting for the bathrooms to open up for several minutes before finding out from the cashier that they keep them locked until you buy something. Unbelievably petty pay-to-pee policy. I’ve eaten here countless times in the past, but I will keep driving until management gets a clue.
