SHRINKFLATION IS REAL. I come to this Panera a lot over the last 6 years usually on off hours since it’s closest to my house. But today I decided to come a bit after lunch so it was still a little busy. Ordered my usual chipotle chicken sandwich and side of broccoli cheddar soup. Nothing wrong with the food but I notice the sandwich was so small this time I had to do a double take to see if this was my order. Took me like 4 bites to finish it. Plus they always have dirty spoons for some reason which is why I always just grab a plastic one to drink my soup. Didn’t want to make a big deal out o

Stopped in during lunch time today at the 1370 parham rd location. We were greeted with friendly service at the register, behind the pick-up counter and by another employee cleaning and sweeping the area, who also asked to take our plates when we were done. We each had a sandwich, the Toasted Caprese Focaccia and Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad, and they were fully stuffed, delicious sandwiches! We will definitely be back to this location!

Came in with a small group again today; mostly because of the service we got last time. A gentleman named Chris took our order, checked on us twice while we were at the table, & I think I even saw him helping out in the kitchen! Employees here are very kind. The food was delicious as always. This is my go-to for business meetings. Very clean and speedy service.

This place is absolutely disgusting! The fountain drink machine is molded, there was a wash rag where the bread display is, and the floors didn't look like they were cleaned in days. We got our $72 refunded.
