HORRIBLE customer service!! Worst Frys I have ever been to in my life! The lead with the bleach blonde hair, older Hispanic lady does not belong in her position! I left some items at the register. Got home realized it and ran back over there. Maybe 10 min later max with the receipt. Items were not at register anymore. Asked her to check the cameras and she said she couldn't do that. I asked why?? It had been only 10 min ago?? She said we just can't and literally blew me off! I ended up buying the same items again. I will NEVER go to that Frys again! They had a million registers and only 4 open. I had instacart and it's timed. CYNTHIA took me even though they were understaffed and she was the only cashier for self checkout. She understood my issue and got me on my way...she didn't tell me what she could not do..just what she COULD!! I APPRECIATE HER!!!

Please, for God's sake, FIX THE CARTS! I moved into the neighborhood a year ago and I go to this grocery store for convenience, but the problem persists. They got some new carts a couple months ago, but they seem to have gotten bad already. Also, they are often in the cart corrals in the parking lot, not anywhere near the front door. Other than that I have no complaints.
