Okay.. I’m not trying to be mean and honestly it makes me feel a little sad to be typing this but this experience with Dominos was SO disappointing. I paid almost $40 for a pizza and I couldn’t even finish 2 slices with my son. It looked horrible, the sauce definitely outweighed the cheese, the tail end of ingredients were used (you can tell), it came kind of cold, and then the staff here gave me a hard time about getting a refund for a while. Mind you, they did just issue the refund which I appreciate heavily (I had to fight tooth and nail) but I would’ve gladly let them keep the money if the

I'm bummed about this place since I order here sometimes as a local. I want it to be good, but they just get it wrong. All different orders: 1. I watched them put my salad in my bag, but when I got home there was no salad dressing packet. They forgot it. That's big. 2. I ordered some cinnamon bites. No icing was included. They forgot it. That's big again. 3. I've ordered sauces using my points. They've forgotten them more than twice. That's big. The food isn't horrible, but forgetting something as simple as the sauces is just plain dumb. It can ruin an entire order, and it has for me.

I called them over the phone to deliver pizza. the phone attendant sounded like an ai assistant and was very frustrating. the driver was vocally hostile yelling at me refusing to give me my food because he wa angry that I put in the wrong address to my apartment. even tho he delivered my food to the right address he had refused to give my food on time or hand it to me because he was so sure that I was wrong. Many times it says ready, you've let them know you're parked out front but it still takes the 5 minutes to bring it out. By that time, it's not so hot or fresh.
