Update: I tried to call the number that the comment on my review gave down below and they told me to email. What a joke!! Worst Starbucks I’ve been to & I go to a lot of them! This is also the first time I don’t tip at a Starbucks because of how bad the service was. I travel all over west coast for work (WA, OR, CA, NV) and always need wifi, so Starbucks is usually a go to. For the owner/manager check your cameras at 2:10-3:10pm on 3.19.26 This is the first time I come to this location in Tulare. 1. This location has trash all over the floor. As a barista myself the service was so bad. I asked for my drink to have no whip and the barista speaking to me said the drink was already made??? i wasn’t finished ordering and i hadn’t paid. Taking whip cream off a drink is definitely not a problem, and people have allergens half ass taking it off says a lot about how this chain run things. One of the Venti coffees was half empty no whip cream or anything. These drinks cost wayyy too much to get services like this.

I come in all the time with my daughter and let me share a little secret with you! “This is the best crew I come to especially in the morning” As you walk in , the store manager Pammi greats you with a great smile and offers wonderful customer service. Dennis is such a sweetheart. He always makes sure our order is done right and provides excellent service. He values our time and makes sure we leave with a smile!!! I definitely record this place.. i came in a couple days ago and had ordered two drinks and two foods. when i walked in they were all ready except one food that wasn’t there. i waited about 15 minutes to see if it’d come a bit later but it didn’t. i was nervous to ask the employees about it as i could see they were very busy and i didn’t want to disrupt their flow, i was worried they’d be rude and/or annoyed at me asking for my food but whenever i did everyone was SUPER nice and understanding! one of the employees informed me that unfortunately sometimes other people will take stuff that isn’t theirs, which made sense because
