In all my years and all my travels I have never found a place that matches the quality and service of Prime 102. From the moment I walked in everything was flawless. The atmosphere the attention to detail and most importantly the food. Every bite was perfection. The service was absolutely phenomenal. The staff anticipated every need without hovering and their professionalism made the whole experience feel first class. It is not just the best in Tyler. It is not just the best in East Texas. It is not even just the best in Texas. So far it is the best on this globe that I have come across. Ha

Amazing experience, servers and all staff were refreshingly friendly and had helpful suggestions. Drinks and Staters were well worth the price. A must dine when you are in Tyler, entrees were mind blowing. Steak was a one of kind meal you have to try it. Deserts were well crafted and emanate class. You won’t be disappointed ordering anything on the menu and many options to choose from to spice up your dinner. I got there a little early for dinner. The main dining area opens at five. So I sat at a table at the bar. It was a superb atmosphere. Tanner, the bartender, was very well dressed and put together, professional, polite, and courteous. Very thoughtful and deliberate. The 70s and 2000s rock and grunge rock playlist suited my taste very well and played at a comfortable volume. Upon request, I received a freshly made lemonade that was delightfully refreshing. The wedge salad, filet mignon, and truffle fries were absolutely amazing! I enjoyed every bite and would gladly go back.
