We just recently left, we had an absolutely horrible experience. We first got there and ordered with the nice guy up front. We paid and went and sat down, looked at our receipt and got charged for an extra drink. Went and asked about it, got told that that is just how it looks (It had two prices on the receipt so we know we got charged extra). Get our food and get told that the ceaser salad doesn’t come with dressing, which I know is false because I go to wendys quite often. FINALLY get our burgers and they were bright pink. A quiet and peaceful location, the food is good and the service is prompt. It's a bit cramped and there's no music playing tho, so you have to listen to the sounds of the kitchen if u eat inside. The bathrooms need some renovation bc both soap dispensers are broken and one has a giant hole in the floor.

When we got to Wendy's, the first red flag was that the employee that was supposed to be at the register was out in the back smoking. Once he finally came inside, Charles was very argumentative. We tried to order a "biggie bag", and he tried to tell us they did not have that. However, they did infact have the "biggie bites", "biggie bag", and the "biggie bundle". We attempted to order and Charles did not know how to work the machine, nor did Charles know the menu very well. I am also pretty sure Charles did not care. I am only giving it a 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. My family walked in and stood at the counter for a solid 10 minutes before the lady appeared to take my order. I specifically asked if a specific item was available and was told yes. Finished my order, paid, never got a receipt, and then heard shouting from the back "we don't have any". Had to wait for a manager to issue a refund. Got the refund only to hear that they also don't have another item I ordered, a cob salad. Manager proceeds to walk away and I have to call her back to issue a second refund. She catches an attitu
