Today I ordered chicken biryani at this restaurant, but the plate only contained a small piece of chicken with bones. Also, they had cooked the chicken separately from the rice, marinating it separately and then adding it to the rice. The chicken was cooked in a curry sauce, which had a very strong flavor. I've eaten biryani many times in different places before, and the ratio of rice to meat was usually 50/50, but here there was only a small piece of chicken.
