We had a wonderful experience at Puddin! The customer service was exceptional. They were so friendly and even offered us samples of the food, pudding, and passion fruit juice before we ordered. My son said, "The shrimp are very tasty and crunchy!" The red beans and rice were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The pictures honestly don't do the food justice. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend giving this place a try!

This is the best food in the city. I can eat this food every day. In fact, I may want to served at my repass. The flavor, the spices, the freshness. Also, they have the sweetest staff ever. I love those ladies. The shrimp étouffée bomb. The Gumbo amazing. And the red beans and rice will make Popeyes think it over. I’ve already been here four out of the five times of the week.

We wandered into Union Market stuffed from dinner, but could not resist the pull of a restaurant that specializes in my favorite protein -- shrimp! I was debating between the shrimp étoufée and the shrimp gumbo, and the cashier kindly let me sample both as well as the bread pudding. The gumbo had a nice smoky flavor but seemed a bit watery, while the étoufée had a punch of flavor and paired nicely with the grits. Puddin - Southern Comfort food was really, really, good. They gave me and my girlfriend’s samples of everything on their menu. I don’t even like bread pudding but there’s was really good. The only reason I didn’t get it, is because I’m on a healthy diet plan right now, but babbbbbyyyyy them shrimp and grits I devoured that bowl. $14.00 for some yummy goodness.
