We had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. The staff were rude and seemed unfamiliar with how to make a simple drink. I ordered a Strawberry Matcha Frappuccino, but they gave me a hot drink instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the server took the drink from my hand to check the receipt. After waiting 15 minutes, they brought me an iced matcha with a tiny amount of strawberry foam, which still was not what I ordered. At that point, I had already waited too long and just left. I will not be returning to this location if this is the level of customer service they provide.

Came here while visiting Universal Studios. The lady at the counter was very rude during my visit. There were only three customers in the store, a guest at the counter, a couple, and me standing behind them in line. She first rudely told the couple to keep enough distance from the guest at the counter. Then she loudly told me that the line started at the other end. Although I was confused, I went around and stood where she indicated, assuming the couple was already being helped or waiting for something. However, she then continued with the couple, which made the interaction feel unnecessary an

in Australia is different from America. In the US, they treat you like royalty. Everything they do is top-notch, and they make sure your coffee or order is 100% satisfied to your needs. If not, they’ll make you a new one.

A small coffee that looks like a medium. Make sure your online orders. I do not think it is about Starbucks’ approach I think it is about Universal’s.
