Decided to grab a burger close by to wear I’m working at. Great customer service when I came out to the counter. Keith helped me out. Gave recommendations when taking my order. Grabbed the steakhouse burger with raw onions. Gotta say, hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had. Would recommend this place and will comeback to try other food.

Stopped by Big Buns and had the Hot & Hefe Burger. Definitely a solid burger with good flavor. The atmosphere was decent too, especially if you're a laid-back guy like myself and just looking to relax and enjoy a good meal. Service was on point, food came out fresh, and overall it was a good experience. I'll definitely be back to try the Peppercorn Steakhouse Burger next time. They’re good in my book!

They offer varieties of buns and they all tasted good. If would be better if the Nashville chicken bun was a bit less watery. The sodas were awesome! I understand the staff were busy but I think they could manage the service better, clean up the tables and floor more often. The washroom wasn’t clean at all.

There were no list of prices for drinks and they had no idea how to charge us for a beer and a wine. We stood there for 10 to 15 minutes while they figured it out and it appears they pulled a number out of thin air. I did get a 20 oz beer but it is happy hour and I should have gotten $2 off and I paid $8. That's probably not too bad but my wife's got a wine and it's $10. So wine is normally $12? Most beers/wines at HH in 1L are $4-$7. I just assumed BB would be similar. It just felt they 'guessed' on a price. Please list the prices of your beverages and allow us to order at your kiosk. At lea
