I asked for a egg and cheese wrap. Surprise surprise, there is bacon in the middle of the wrap that I accidentally took a bite of and violated my faith-based dietary restrictions. Next, I got served my coffee cold when I asked for a hot one. If you can mess an order that small, that simple, on a non-busy time of the day, you should just quit serving anything.

Food was good. However, the 2 ladies in the shift are not professionals at all. When I asked if by any chance they have honey or sirup? The lady working on the back preparing the sandwiches yell out in front of all the customers in line( “ señora, esto no es ni burger king ni McDonald “. That comment was not necessary. Also, when my friend placed her order snd she asked for extra sausage the lady on the cash register also yell out: “ that’s NOT the special “. We stopped by for a quick coffee and bite, and overall, it was a good experience, though a few things could have been better. ​I ordered the Iced Shaken Espresso with Sugar-Free Vanilla and almond milk. It was decent, but the drink just didn't feel fully balanced. It was missing that nice, aerated, foamy texture you want in a shaken espresso, and the almond milk ended up overpowering the coffee. I go to Dunkin about 4-5 times a week for my morning drink. A strawberry dragonfruit refresher with black tea. I go to order and the guy tells me that drink does not come with black tea….I tell him that right above him on the menu it says all the options one of them being black tea. He then proceeds to tell me he doesn’t have black tea…only green tea and lemonade. After waiting a good 8-10 minutes for my drink, it comes out and looks like water.
