The kiosk ordering system is terrible. It used to be a quick couple of minutes to get just donuts/munchkins by telling the worker which ones you wanted then paying for them and that was it. Now with the forced kiosk system you get put into a que with all the online orders even if your order will take a few seconds to prepare (like donuts). Also their system tells which orders were placed at the kiosk vs online, you would think in person orders would have some kind of priority. So we walked in and ordered 2 iced carmel glazed lattes while making one was made perfect but the server spilled the second frustrated and rudley she started again and this time too spilled it now we are already 20 mins i side the shop now she goes inside and didnot come back another server started to complete our order but ordering large she gave me 1/3 of the order quantity i showed her the first order which was exactly the same but filled to the brim she said you asked for no ice so we do t fill it up all the way but she filled up just 1/3 which is not what i payed 7 $ for, not even apologi

Terrible customer service. Preordered 6 donuts and they only had 2. I said I would park and be back to pick my others. When we came back they were selling the 2 donuts to other customers when I had already bought them. The worker claimed I said I was going to come back and didn’t come back, yet the sale happened as I was in the store. She then offered 3 munchkins to us per donut not received yet gave the other customers 5 munchkins?? Blatant disrespect.

The lady was there pretending she was doing something important… we were the only ones in the store. I asked for help and she was directing us to the machine. The machine didn’t have the donuts or the pumpkin bread and she still was not helping me after saying “excuse me” like 4 times. Worst service ever.
