Honestly one of the most frustrating fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. My order was apparently ready and sitting on the counter for what looked like 10–15 minutes getting cold while employees kept calling the wrong names and acting confused. I gave them my name FOUR separate times before someone finally handed me the food that had clearly been sitting there the entire time. At that point the fries were barely warm and the burger wasn’t fresh anymore. For the prices Culver’s charges now, you’d expect at least basic organization and decent service. Ordered a kids meal and instead of the custard that is supposed to come with it I was charged for a shake that came out to almost 5 dollars. Contacted their customer support and their email back to me said it could take up to two weeks to go through my concern IF they decide to fulfill it. Their customer service is absolutely horrible.
