Wonderful service! Delicious drinks and solid sandwiches! Decided to stop in here on my way to Central Park and it was such a treat. Small little shop, no dine in. The service was beyond exceptional! We were greeted so cheerfully and made to feel like a "regular" even though it was my first time. The menu is vast but not overwhelming and everything was made very quickly and tasted amazing! They serve a variety of coffees and teas (cold or hot), lemonades, and seasonal drinks, sandwiches, pastries and small treats. Matto is one of the best coffee shops on UWS. Drinks are phenomenal and reasonably priced. The shop is efficient and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is incredible and the music is good. Can’t beat the price, $2.50 for most of the items minus some breakfast sandwiches. You need to download the app and order from there for the $2.50 deal, otherwise its like a dollar more to order at the counter. The app can use some updates since you need to manually enter card info and add money vs. just using ApplePay. Too longer to set up than get the order. Will come back, the food/drinks were great overall.
