I had a very disappointing experience here on Friday, April 17 around 11:20 AM. The barista had a noticeably bad attitude from the start. We politely asked if our coffee could be remade in a larger cup and even said we didn’t mind paying for it, but the response we got was rude and unprofessional. When we received the coffee, it tasted extremely bland—we ended up throwing it away immediately. We also ordered the peanut butter toast, and it came out barely toasted. Fantastic spot with retro decor, lots of art of sale and a pretty solid menu. Towards the back of the shop there's a small set of steps and some additional seating. Great neighborhood spot of you're looking to work, read, or do art.

actually made a conscious effort to walk nearly two miles to visit this café, so I was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the service was underwhelming. There was no greeting, no welcome—just a very indifferent interaction. The coffee itself tasted like any standard coffee you could get elsewhere, including Starbucks. Nothing particularly memorable or worth going out of the way for. I’m also not sure whether they forgot to give me a lid or simply don’t provide them.
