She just said "Yeah, our bakery is a little bit...." and couldn't even finish the sentence. You're going to lose customers over 2 cents worth of icing....this is unacceptable. #shrinkflation

Ashley Faulkner★The slowest Dunkin I have been to! I’ve gone twice and both times I have had to wait over a half hour for my stuff. This last time we ordered on the app 30 mins ahead and went through drive thru. They gave us our wraps, bagels, and hash browns and then made us pull ahead to wait on a donut, muffin, and coffee… what?????? We waited 15 mins and I finally went in. The coffee was sitting on the counter made and they had to grab the donut and muffin. And they were annoyed that I was frustrated.
