I had a very disappointing experience at Willy’s Bagels this morning around 10:00 AM. I ordered an olive cream cheese bagel, an iced coffee, and a sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. After placing my order, I waited 30 minutes while multiple customers who ordered after me received their food and left. When I asked about my order, the girls at the counter repeatedly assured me they were working on it, but nothing ever came out. After waiting a total of 45 minutes, I had to leave without any of my food and without being offered a refund. Poor communication, extremely long wait times

Such a pleasant place to get break from even if you’re starting late. I had the bacon egg and cheese on onion bagel with a French vanilla iced coffee. Fair prices for a superior quality. Convenient if you’re staying @ the Red Roof Inn , it’s literally located just at the front of the property. Also located next to the Mohawk River walk . I look forward to returning .

The bagels are really delicious! The service is good and quick! The place is small and was hot.. so not so nice to seat inside and there no tables outside. So it is an excellent stop to grab and go your perfect bagle!
