Holy hell batman was this a trash experience. No customers at 9 am on a beautiful Saturday should have been my 1st hint. Let me set the scene. Ordered at the box, then sat in silence for a solid 3 or 4 mins. Finally said I'll just pull around where Tanisha is just cold staring at me. She says she didn't get my order, so I repeated it a second time, and a 3rd because her partner was dancing in the front area with music. After we figured that out I got my card back but no receipt. Then the manager tells us it'll be a 2 min wait for a common item and we need ro pull around. We say no, we'll wait

We used drive thru around 5p, and was told to pull around to the front door where our order will arrive. SLOW, SLOW! The order was given to us and we left due to time constraints. My large fries box had every short and lukewarm fry possible, and half filled. My wife's fries were the same but piping hot, way better! Barely a shake, more like a mixture, and her frozen Coke wasn't much better. My Big Fish came in a seeded bun, and why I always order that meal, NO SEEDS! No question asked if I would prefer a potato bun? I have never seen BIG Fish in a Wopper bun. Grossly surpassed my expectation w

Save your money. Save your time. I should have read the reviews when I seen there was absolutely ZERO cars in the parking lot at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning. I mean no one was there. Definitely will not be bringing my business back to this location. This was the first time and the last time.

Staff is cold. Seems like every employee has an attitude problem. I’ve been here 3 times and there’s always a problem. Order isnt right, wait in the front of the building for 20+ minutes to get the wrong order. Shame on me. Never again
