Jannie Shea★★★★★I love Norms! I was so happy to find this one in Van Nuys near my godson. Most times I go to the location in Orange County or on West Hollywood. I took friends visiting from OK. I had great service from Cynthia with a handoff to Veronica. Everyone enjoyed their food. My friends had strawberry pancakes, eggs done as they liked and hash browns the way they wanted. I had the new veggie omlet with bacon and blueberry pancakes and fruit. So good! I am happy that this locations live up to the others.

Unless you sit at the counter, there may be a wait to get a table. However, that does not affect the quality of the food or service. The kitchen staff is effortlessly pumping out plate after delicious plate. And the wait staff quickly gets your order to you piping hot. My server Aynne was especially attentive and made sure that I was satisfied. And though I have patronized Norms Restaurants all over Los Angeles County, the food tasted just a little better at this one. I will be
