The whole thing is so easy to eat. Delish! ETA: the beet salad is beautiful and fresh, but raw beets aren’t much fun to eat… cooked is much better!

The staff was wonderful and polite, the food was incredible, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. If I ever pass through again I will absolutely stop. Also can’t help but note how insanely quiet it was walking up to this location. If it wasn’t so hot I would have eaten outside
