There was a wait time when we got there and once we got seated in the outside patio we waited for even longer. More families were seated next to us after us and everyone else got served first than us. After they got served and a waiter came to us and asked us if we had gotten helped and I told her no, we been waiting here for awhile and told us she would send us a waiter over which she did. But everything else was good except that and then we waited for ever to get the bill and everyone outside had left already so we went to the cashier and asked where do we pay? I love IHOP, and I think I will always love IHOP. I am ways very happy with everything there, from to food, to the service, to the drinks, and even the kind waiters. There is always enough food to fill you up, I actually always leave absolutely stuffed and satisfied. The menue has a very wide selection, and it's all pretty good. The pancakes, though, I think are the real prize winners. They're so fluffy and delicious, and the syrups are to die for. There is plenty of parking, and the establishment is pretty clean. The servers are very nice, and always there if you need anything. 10/10, very go
