Matt Kovar★★★★★Let me start by saying we went to dance. Any venue that supports live music is alright by me. Dover Straits hosts a variety of local talent. We happen to enjoy 50's music and Rick Lindy and the Wild Ones are a great example of that. While the dance floor could be bigger, I understand it's a balancing act between revenue and fun. Space at the bar became available shortly after we arrived and the bartender was attentive and friendly. We rolled the dicy and drove an hour. We had a great time.

Margaret★★This longstanding seafood restaurant has a fun bar atmosphere, like an old supper club. The staff is super friendly and helpful. However, we ordered the Bouilliabase and the one lobster tail they put in it was completely spoiled. Note from Gemini for those that may not know - The presence of an ammonia-like smell or taste in lobster is a significant red flag regarding its freshness and safety. Our meal was not comped - we were offered a replacement, which we declined and then offered some extra shrimp instead - two. I love this place and its history but they need to step it up in the kitchen a
