If you love a crispy dosa, Madras is the place for you. We got a mysore dosa and a guntur karam masala dosa. When asked if we wanted them crispy or soft, we opted for crispy. As promised, both were golden, crispy, toasty heaven. Unfortunately, the mysore dosa was caked with so much seasoning that, albeit tasty, made the dosa very salty and overwhelmed everything else. Apart from that, everything else was great. The guntur karam dosa fared better with a fantastic level of heat that you would expect from South Indian food.
