I went there for breakfast, but the available soups were quite limited. The sandwiches we ordered were okay, but the bell didn’t ring, so we didn’t realize our food was ready. The place was quiet though, which made it nice for a calm morning meal.

As a Panera regular and sip club member, I have not been more disappointed in what my family and I just experienced. Our order contained very simple things that were not in the bag after received and modified items that were not there. We called the “manager” to explain our issue’s and her immediate response was well “I made some of those things so no it’s there” ma’am no. For example, no mozzarella (that’s an obvious substitute on a sandwich) , none of our soups were put in the large bag, the sandwiches also having very little meat on them etc… She refunded the items but it felt like an argum

Ordered Chipotle chicken sandwich for takeout. I got to half of it and the chicken seemed raw. I threw the sandwich away. This is raw chicken, or am I mistaken??!

I accidentally ordered the wrong food, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. I brought it to the associate at the front, and he let the kitchen know right away.
