Sarah Giovanna★Lauren was extremely rude to me from the moment I walked in and had a terrible attitude the entire interaction. She was also openly rude and disrespectful toward employees. The place seemed severely understaffed, and you could hear workers complaining about their hours constantly being messed up. Everyone looked stressed, overwhelmed, and unsupported. Management clearly has major issues, and after this experience I definitely won’t be returning. Felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.
B★I've never left a review before but I'm posting this for awareness for others who are considering ordering from the bakery!! I placed an online order for a cake 5 days ago and went today to pick it up and they told me that no one printed out my order. Very inconvenient but it is what it is. Wouldn't recommend if you have an important event coming up and are depending on a cake to be made.
