Waited OVER TWENTY minutes to get wraps the size of COOKIES, told to pull up to "wait for the shake machine to reboot" only to get a shake that wasn't even filled up properly! On top of that, paid for a LARGE meal and got not even a small amount of fries. I'd have shoved this disgusting trash back in their faces if the line didn't have SIX vehicles backed up waiting for their turns. NO ONE should be waiting Applebee's level wait times for fast food, let alone horrifically done fast food. $17 for less than what a kid's meal is supposed to serve and a wait time on top of that. Never coming back.

we love our delicious BREAKFAST handed to us with an attitude along with our card, with a no have a nice day or nothing by a very unprofessional looking female who has a hood on inside of a restaurant. i hope she isn’t the manager, if not, someone better get on their employee because that wouldn’t of flown with my manager or higher ups when i worked here YEARS AGO.

Here's a novel idea... try warming up the breakfast sandwiches before handing them out at the drive thru. I for one, do NOT have a microwave in my car. This may seem odd or foreign to Burger King management, but the whole idea of a drive thru is to grab food on the go and eat it on the run. The food tastes better when its not served lower than room temperature.

Y'all have one job!!!!! It was not even busy at all so this was just pure laziness!!! Went here after work to get kids meals. The man brought them to me after having to pull up and wait 10 minutes, I realized one bag had only French fries. I got out of my car and went in and asked for the nuggets. No issue, no attitude, just figured it was an honest mistake. Get half way home and realized I did not get any juice in any of the bags either. I mean how ridiculous do you have to be to do that. My 5 year old could have did a better job!!! Shame on you
