I had an outstanding Molcajete and a few Long Islands at Colima in Visalia tonight. The dish was served to liking and order. Extremely hot and extremely spicy like I like it and requested. Service was outstanding and attentive. Drinks were stiff and everything was worth the money.

On a Friday night out in Visalia. This place was on my radar. There were a few people who where in the restaurant and seating was limited. Once made my friend came in we're quickly greeted. Warm chips and salsa were brought to the table. The salsa had the right amount of heat, which was a very pleasant surprise. For my drink, I ordered a cadillac margarita, which was well made on the strong side. The menu had many classic takes on Mexican dishes before my meal.
