Silverback breakfast is a new, locally-owned and family-operated restaurant in the Vista community. Breakfast is our family’s favorite meal of the day and we believe in serving our customers homemade meals with fresh ingredients and outstanding customer service. We take great great pride in our work and we love what we do so please come join us and be part of the Silverback family!

Zamanda Garcia★★★★Great breakfast find, worth the wait! Coffee lovers- they have a flight of coffee on the menu. We arrived around 10am and waited about 40 minutes. There were 7 of us. They do have a couple chairs outside. Plenty of parking in the lot with street parking available if it's full. Very attentive staff which came around plenty of times when coffee was low. Our food arrived all at once which always provides for a positive experience. The coffee was great and the food was wonderful. I will definitely be eating here again. They have a senior and kids menu.

Cesar was our server and he made sure to check on us constantly and was very detailed when taking our order. Our server was very friendly and explained that they had a large party earlier, which made the restaurant extra busy. Even with the wait, the service was great and the food tasted good. The staff stayed attentive and kind the whole time. We paid about $90 for the four of us, which felt reasonable for the amount of food. Overall a good experience. Just keep in mind that wait times can be longer when the restaurant is
Ryan Donovan★★★★★We arrived a half hour before closing time… they were completely happy to add us to the wait list and seat us right up until closing time. Food was DELICIOUS!!! We had a cappuccino, coffee, south of the border skillet (AMAZING!!!!) and a Corned beef skillet… food came out pretty quick, they came around and asked if we wanted to add any food or espresso drinks before shutting down the machines! I thought that was a great touch!! Definitely worth the wait to sit, huge delicious portions, and super friendly staff!
