Drew and Jimena gave wonderful service. Ordered both dinner and desert about 30 mins until closing. They brought us our desert when when finished our meal and were very hospitable by giving us plenty of water, utensils etc. and even though it was near their closing time. Great representatives for the company and love the water shack. Great food and desserts with great portions. Introduced it to our external family and has became a must stop when they visit.

We have been here a few times and the shakes, burgers, sandwiches and hot dogs are great. We wished they wouldn't bake their fries and rings though. Deep fried is way better and countertop fryers are available. I mean we’re not going here for health concerns :) :)

I absolutely love the pastrami sandwich that I’ve had a few times, but this time it fell a little flat. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating as well to which I tipped a couple bucks in appreciation. My sandwiches came out warm but not toasted. The bread ended up getting kind of wet and soggy.

I have been going here since they were on the other side of town close to Little Caesars. I went into one of their competitors "water store" and I asked if I could bring in a TDS meter before I purchased their water to make sure it was being purified properly. The guy there got really upset at me and told me no. I went to the WATER SHACK and spoke to one of the owners, the husband, and he welcomed me and said, "Measure away!" I would highly recommend this place. The customer service here is excellent and you can tell they really care about their customers. Finally, they serve much more than
