Happened once, let it slide. Happened twice, it’s NOT ok. The first time I ordered MONSTER COOKIE SHAKES (shakes blended with chips ahoy syrup and Oreo cookie crumbs, topped with whipped cream and more Oreo cookie crumbs), but I have received the MACADAMIAN NUT SHAKES. The second time I have ordered MONSTER COOKIE SHAKES (shakes blended with chips ahoy syrup and Oreo cookie crumbs, topped with whipped cream and more Oreo cookie crumbs), but I have received the MIDNIGHT SNACK SHAKES (shakes with m&m’s and pretzels and cookie crumbs). Half of the time I order either through drive through or online they always seem to mess up my order. For example I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Tater Melt munchie meal and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I have gotten the wrong sandwich multiple times and I am tired of driving back to get my order right. The only reason I come is for convenience but genuinely wouldn't want to come back.

I just arrived at the drive-thru to order an ultimate burger meal with curly fries and a drink. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the curly fries are often served lukewarm and appear overcooked. I always get the fries like that all the time 😔
