UPDATE: Taking this down to 1 star now. Despite the politically correct response from the owner of BIBIBOP, nothing has changed. Went back today in hopes that it would be different, and because my options as someone who is strictly dairy and gluten free are limited, and it was the same awful experience. Lemonade out of stock again, told it would be a 10 minute wait. No one understood English and messed up my order as a result. I stopped in to pick up a late dinner. I selected the Fan Favorite bowl which had chicken, noodles, purple rice, potatoes, roasted broccoli, corn, carrots, cheese and yum yum sauce. I was a little apprehensive but the combo was delicious. I'm undecided on the noodles but the best thing is you can change out ingredients to suit your taste. The staff was kind and helpful. Allison waited on me today and was friendly and efficient - even making suggestions and offering me a couple samples to make sure I got what I liked. I’ve been several times since they opened and the food is phenomenal every time. Service is always prompt and friendly. Prices are fair bc you get a good amount of food. I don't usually go to chains, but the vibe here feels just like a local mom and pop spot! The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was super attentive. The manager clearly has everything operating smoothly and even let us sample the protein before deciding what to get, since it was our first time. I shared a bowl with the double spicy chicken, which hit the spot perfectly. Whatever you do, make sure you add the roasted broccoli to your bowl... it's a free topping and absolutely incredible! Oh and the juice bar had hibiscus lemonade... how can you go wrong?! 🌺 Great food, great management
