My original review is below, after I posted this Kristi from Chick Fil A contacted me, apologized about the service and made things right. It is not often business's acknowledge their mistake and fewer who are willing to make it right and keep a customer. Kudos to Chick Fil A and their commitment to quality! and thanks Kristi. We ordered a 30 piece nugget and maybe got 25 with many tiny pieces. Very disappointed, this was part of our Christmas Eve meal so not a great time to get something sub par. I had to re heat them so you can see way less then the 30 we ordered.

Chick-fil-A is usually a Friday breakfast treat for my girls, but the past two Fridays at the Wake Forest location have been a complete disaster. First, we waited more than 15 minutes after the mobile app said our order was ready. When we finally received it, items were missing. On top of that, one of the managers, Suzanne, was extremely rude during our interaction, which was very disappointing from someone in a leadership role. I usually have a great experience at this Chick-fil-A and never have any issues, but today the customer service definitely wasn’t up to the usual standard. My family that was in town visiting, never had Chick fil A before and I wanted to bring them here today cause I always had great experience in the past. But they were disappointed. From the table service experience, I had to go back up to the front counter and wait quite a while because there was only one young lady working up front by herself. Went to the drive thru and ordered 2 sandwiches; a CFA sandwich minus pickles and a grilled sandwich. Got home and discovered the grilled sandwich had cheese and bacon instead of lettuce and tomato. Headed back to the store and the whole order was remade. Got home and this time the grilled sandwich was right, but the CFA sandwich had pickles! The problem was in the kitchen because the order taker got it right. I've never experienced this level of incompetence at any fast food place I've been. Been to this location dozens of times before and never had an experience like today.
