Not enough workers to take care of the many positions there are. No floor people, no helpers. Also the salad bar isnt as fresh as their sign says. I have been both prep and cook, and am a cake Decorater. The green peppers on the salad bar were so slimy, so not made fresh daily. Saw no manager on the floor. It started getting very crowded as the day went on. Definitely need more people to be able to do the things needed. Young lady on the trampoline side was amazing with the Lil kids. Entertainment for my 5 yr. Old grandson for an afternoon. Very Clean and well maintained. Not a cheap afternoon but very enjoyable and staff was interactive. It was a Tuesday afternoon the space handled the 40 to 45 patrons and children well I would recommend to others looking for a controlled environment to entertain children for a few hours, try it out.

I had such a great experience thanks to one standout employee named Grace who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, energetic, and incredibly attentive. The entire staff handled everything with a positive attitude. She even informed of the digital coupon they had available that saved me some cash. I also witnessed a young man on the staff pick up a dropped debit card and turn it in immediately in order for it be recovered. Overall a great outing at the Waldorf Chuck E Cheese from beginning to end.

Absolutely, hands down best chucky EVER. My son is Autistic and we drive 3 hours to see him. Chucky is incredible to our son. Makes him feel special and takes extra time to make him feel loved. He deserves a raise. Thank you for making Noah feel welcomed. We will always make the drive. The staff is also pretty kind.
