I really want to love this store but they make it so hard to. It’s very inconsistent, I order the same 3 drinks and I can guarantee AT LEAST once a week I have to ask for it to be remade. It’s in such a convenient location so my desperation for coffee makes me go back but I hate their inconsistency. I’m writing to express my growing frustration with the consistently long wait times for in-store orders at your location. It has become a repeated issue where the drive-thru is prioritized, leaving customers inside waiting well over 15 minutes for a simple drink. This morning was no different. I waited so long that I ended up late for a meeting, and the store was not even busy, 1 customer in front of me.
