The food is good, with generously sized tacos and several options to choose from. I really enjoy their aguas frescas, which also come in a wide variety. The tacos de asada are full of flavor, and the torta is a good size as well. The location is quite spacious, with plenty of tables even for large groups. It’s usually busy but the wait time is reasonable. However, I believe their customer service could improve. When I placed my order, I clearly requested one item to go and the others to dine in. Years ago I been passing by this place and have not bothered to dine in , but thanks to my brother that has a Great taste of food I believed I was in a first experience that will change my way of looking at this place , Gallo Giro has been known for there food ! EL Gallo Giro has the best bolillos, sorry not sorry, as they don't crumble easily. Warning, if you have autistic children sensitive to noise, then this is not it; there's music and random loud noises from the kitchen.🍳 I personally love the atmosphere. Restrooms are available. Also, there are pandhanlers and random people inside selling candy/things, that I don't mind, frankly. And lastly, there's a vip➡️ a money transfer service if need be.

The food here is actually pretty good solid 4 to 5 stars. Fresh, flavorful, and worth trying for the food alone. Unfortunately, the experience is completely ruined by the cashier’s customer service, which is by far the worst part of this place. Rude attitude, zero professionalism, and no basic courtesy toward customers. It genuinely feels like you’re bothering them just by ordering. Good food doesn’t excuse bad service. Customer service matters, and this place seriously needs to address it. I’d come back for the food — but only if the service improves.
