I placed an online order for a 12-piece family meal at 12:15 PM, scheduled for pickup at 1:00 PM. When I arrived at 1:05 PM, I was told they were still waiting on chicken to cook. There were no other customers in the restaurant, and it was clear they had very little food prepared. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. What’s the point of ordering ahead if nothing is ready on time? Situations like this are exactly why customers lose trust, yet businesses continue to push for higher prices without delivering even basic service. I ordered my food at 5:11 PM and was told to park and in 5 minutes someone would bring my food out. After about 15-20minutes I went inside and wasn’t acknowledged or greeted by anyone. Many orders were packaged and ready on the counter. It wasn’t until the manager came out I was acknowledged. Finally seeing my order was one of many on the counter I took my food, when I was able to eat my food it was already cold.

I ordered and paid for 2 pieces of white meat. I had to wait for nearly 10 minutes to receive the order. I drove home and opened the box I only to find that I received a thigh and a leg. Needless to say, I was frustrated, but I drove back to the store to find 3 young ladies (staff) sitting in the lobby. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been there 3 times and have gotten food once. The first time, we placed a mobile order AT LEAST a couple HOURS before the posted closing time and they said they had nothing to serve us.
