If you want a good matcha do not go to this location on Hoover. They only fill the large cup up 3 quarters of the way so you’ll pay for a large but really only getting a medium. Then depending on who makes it it’s usually really watered down and just taste like hot water with a dash of matcha. Someone please bring a professional in to show the employees how to make a real matcha if you’re going to charge $7 for a large and only give me a medium. Sad thing is the guy made it for me today & I believe he’s the manager. Only one that’s ever made it the right way was the tall cute black girl. Dang

I had the BEST experience I walked in with my 3 year old grandson who wanted a vanilla dip sprinkle donut and I also needed 3 more well there was only 2 in counter well if you know kids that’s a problem I mentioned it out loud and Rayden (not sure of spelling) right away said she could make me 4 if I could wait a few minutes! She smiled and did it within minutes solving my problem! Again if you know toddlers this set up our day with happiness! Everyone needs to go to this location (11 mile & Hoover) and hopefully she will wait on you 😊

Not super friendly at this Tim’s location, more of a “can I help you” kind of energy instead of actually being welcoming. Coffee was super mid here and they also charged my buddy $1 for a cup of water even though he already paid for food too, which I’ve never ran into at any coffee spot ever. Definitely not the experience I expected from Tim Hortons.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here three different times and I will never come back again. The staff Members have attitudes. I got a large vanilla iced coffee with three creams three sugars. They hand me an iced coffee with one creamer no sugar the coffee taste, burnt and bitter as hell. It’s no wonder Why the place has absolutely no customers every time I come.
