Start off the doors taste like rubber garbage. Secondly avoid this place. They are liars. They told me six doughnuts was cheaper then 4. I didn’t believe him then I got the receipts and I was right. It was three dollars more for two more donuts. I did an extra need I will never be back at the store. I will be contacting corporate because you guys are liars and the donut. I’ve ate donuts that were stale. It tasted better negative one star avoid this place. Any response you guys got you’re gonna be a lie avoid avoid avoid.

Absolutely Disgusting place a few min ago was my first time ever going to Tim Horton’s firstly I always go to Starbucks or Dunkin’ every blue moon I see why customer service awful I was asking question an this old lady was beyond rude an disrespectful! Totally augmentative I expect proper a respectful treatment ! It’s 7:31 am who starts there day off by being mean to a customer of a business that you don’t even own !!? I own a couple small businesses an if my employees had at any point ever disrespected a customer they will be immediately terminated the problem is just because a customer doesn

"At 8:58, I went to the restroom. When I came out, I wanted to buy a coffee and a few other things. There was a young woman there who knew I had been in the restroom. She spoke to me very rudely and said, 'I had locked the door, how did you get inside?' I told her that I had been in the restroom. In a very disrespectful and rude manner, she said, 'I'm not selling you anything. Please leave.' My family and I have often come here, sometimes three times a day, to buy coffee from this place. But after this incident, we will not be coming back."
