The worst wrap I’ve ever had in my life! You could feel how stale the wrap was before I even opened and took a bite. I never had a bad experience at this location until now and I will never go back. I’m disappointed that food was allowed to be sold and go out the window given that it was such poor quality hopefully moving forward they make the necessary changes If not, I’m sure people are going to be choosing the clown over the king moving forward.

I did the bk app today to order food once i ordered the gentlemen at the counter said appolizge they gave it to the wrong person but that person came back and return my order i wasnt mad just everyone was busy it happends i used to work in food service years ago. Great staff! the owner appogized i said its ok as long the food is there it was . whopper i ordered was little cold but fries were hot and apple pie was hot to i dont eat bk alot maybe once a year or so but this experience i had i was satisfied.

I don't normally wrote reviews, but the crew thay wad on tonight 5/12/26 at 9:20pm was the worst crew i have ever seen in there. All they wanted to do was talk and not pay attention to the orders. They got my order wrong once, I told them, the person yelled back whay was needed wrong as well, and I had to literally yell from the counter to the person who was making my burgers 5 different times how I wanted my burger.

I was told by the manager on duty yesterday 04/14/2026 go back today 04/15/2026 for a refund of purduct never received. They charged my boy friend a extra charge yesterday and he noticed it and questioned it. The order was never confirmed the cashier just walked away and started the order. It's simple don't set your expectations for quality customer service. Even after leaving without any product and returning twice to only waste my time. They still charged our credit card. A real Burger King says have it your way! This location says take it our way.
