Zack Leibowitz★My phone was stolen directly out of my pocket while I was standing at the bar. What made the situation even more upsetting was the complete lack of concern from the staff. When I immediately reported what had happened, both the bartender and the door staff dismissed the situation and acted as if I was overreacting instead of offering any help. Having a phone stolen is stressful enough, but the response from the establishment made the situation far worse.
