El Pollo Loco serves great chicken. And that's about it. The chicken is fire grilled and is comparable to most other fire grilled chicken resteraunts. All of the sides I have tried have been descent but not great. The price is ok and the atmosphere is pretty good.

There was a staff of 4. One who stood outside the whole hour it took for us to be 1. Noticed 2. Order 3. Get our food (so we thought) 4. Get the rest of our food 5. Found out there was no drinks, picky carbonated water. 6. They did not use gloves when making my food and she had her fingers in my salad. 🤢😭 None of our order was complete. She insisted i get drinks but come to find out, none of the machines were working. Then when i told her, she responded with "yeah i know. They no working." 😡 Worst experience. Food was gross. Was not fully cooked. Just horrible all the way around. Worst $

Had 8-piece family pack chicken, beans, corn, tortillas. Also a quesadilla. To go. Food i received was delicious as usual. BUT I was first customer for day, and when I got home the quesadilla was missing from order. Thought about going back, but to far to drive for $8 order. Just very disappointing. I will, of course, now check order before leaving counter. I was really looking forward to trying the quesadilla.

Just stop by El Pollo Loco to buy dinner for my kids, because they love the Chiken and M&Cheese, and I got home and find out that the chiken is burn, just by opening the box you can smell the burning Chiken, and this is not the first time last time I went the Chiken was dry and hard looks like was cooked long time ago 😬!! So please check the food quality.
