I was so excited to try Peet’s since they do not have shops in FL. I mainly wanted to try the Vegan breakfast sandwich, it was PERFECTION! The vegan scone was also the best I’ve ever had. Very impressed with their vegan options. The horchata cold brew was not a fave. Iced matcha was made perfectly. Employees were very nice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m giving two stars because I liked the coffee; however, the customer service was terrible from the moment we arrived. When we entered, I asked my niece to order the coffees and gave her the money. We were attended by a person named MERRI, who from the moment we arrived was looking at us in a very unfriendly way. Her attitude was very curt and cold, which is simply rude. After receiving our coffees, we sat down. Later, we asked for the PIN to use the restroom, and we were asked to show the receipt.
