The new lime syrup is really really bad and when you get a dirty drink you don’t have an option to use fresh limes like before. You have to order the ingredients separately then ask for limes. Also when you mark need a drink carrier on the app, they never bring the drinks in the carrier, which then makes me look stupid asking for one and I feel bad asking for them to go back. I appreciate the response! I was going to add this in and saw sonic replied. I love our daily Sonic trips, we just ask for consistency. We went today and I added limes for 80¢. Only got one! Sometimes there 1 or 2 or 3.

I love happy hour cherry limeaides tge sonic on Rufe Snow is the best they could yse a new intercom system at the drive thru They have nit given me what I ordered before. The carhops are nice and helpful dont go to the sonic on Denton by Kohl they cannot take an order we tried 2 different ordering stations and got cut off both times no one came I out to take our order.They are always busy maybe I tge only one that has trouble there or they order on line

This is getting stupid at this point. My large onion ring. Are these the crumbs from the lunch rush? Considering what a large onion ring cost these days it’s sad.

Place can never get an order right with us. We don’t even order complicated food! Half my order was missing, the other half inedible. Quite frankly, there’s better Sonic’s around. I suggest the one in Colleyville off 26/Brown if you want edible food and your order to be correct. If I’m paying damn near $50 for 3 people, at the bare MINIMUM, I’m expecting my order to be correct.
