Went for the Tuesday 8 Chicken Tenders for $10 @ Dixie Highway, what a joke. It used to be a good deal, extra crispy nice tenderloins. Received a box of glorified chicken nuggets, that were semi-tough, couldn't chew one of them. They don't look anything like their picture on the advertisement.

By far the worst kfc in america it literally took me 70 minutes to get my order which a. I had to do myself at there wonderful kiosk becuase not a single employee including the manager was taking orders and after waiting an hour for 8 tenders i ask the person behind the counter how long they take to cook and she told me 30 mins. I watched more people back put of the drive thru than actually got served. This plave is a joke and i never have a good experience. If you live in waterford and want kfc i suggest you go to the store on m-59

Went here for lunch with my mom, order a chicken tender meal & chicken breast meal. It took almost 30 minutes to receive our food, and nobody told us we had a wait. Was only given one chicken breast when ordered two, and chicken tenders were mushy, and felt slimy. Booth had food crumbs all over it, and tables were super sticky. Cheese curds are not worth ordering by the way, paid almost $4 for mouse crumbs. Not coming back to this location.

If I could give this KFC location a 0 I would. I am very patient and understanding but this place is absolutely terrible. I have ordered online here only twice and my experience has been bad both times. Today they accepted, “prepared” and notified me that my order was ready online to find out that they actually didn’t make it at all and when I got there told me I had to go through the drive through by the employee in the parking lot to pick up my order through the drive-thru for that employee to them me their fryers were down and actually didn’t make it and told me I had to go cancel it online
