The location is easily accessible, staff is not unfriendly but they certainly seem to prefer not interacting with customers, cleanliness inside is hit-or-miss, but the menu selection is outstanding. Best place to get a crunch cone (or cup!) in Waterloo.

Chocolate ice cream was sour ! Then tried a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate, that chocolate was nasty an the cone was so hard couldn't even eat it, threw it away!! I won't be back

Stopped here to pick up ice cream for a homebound friend. Went through the drive-through and ordered. Pulled up to the window and sat there for almost 10 minutes. No one ever came to the window. There was only one car in the parking lot so I drove by to see if there was a large family at the counter and only one person there. I won't be going back.

The little store was full, there were 3 or 4 younger employees, 15+ and an older one,assuming manager, The employees were very kind and full of smiles and enjoying their work it seemed. I chose the multiberry blizzard treat and got my order in a timely manner. Good job kiddos for working hard for the customers. !
