We had a wonderful experience at Jana grill. We came in from Boston to Watertown and it was more than worth the trip. I didn’t take a ton of food pics because I was so hungry but everything looked and tasted amazing. We ordered the Georgian eggplant which was like cute little wrapped up grilled/ fried eggplant stuffed with a walnut spread/ filling. We got the cheese pizza type of khachapuri. For entrees we got the lamb chops and a kabob. And I got a yogurt drink, tan, which was essentially a delicious classic yogurt drink. Amazing place. Highly recommend. I loved every bite of food. Jana grill has a brilliant selection of food items! Our server was very polite and gave good recommendations! It is a small family run estabishment with very cozy feel so not quite your fine dine but the food and good service makes up for what it lacks in size and glamor. We were going for the cozy warm winter night vibe anyway, so it worked perfectly for our group of two!

What an incredible discovery! I tried Jana Grill’s food recently and it completely blew me away. I started with the Tan — that refreshing yogurt-based drink — and its cool, tangy, slightly savory flavor was absolutely perfect. Came here on the Wednesday after the blizzard and immediately felt how warm and cozy the space was. The light wood furniture is very cute and lovely — it honestly reminded us of a little wooden cottage from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. They serve Khinkali(beef and lamb soup dumplings) on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and they were delicious.
