I stopped in yesterday morning for some coffee & while there decided that I wanted to bring home some donuts for my family. while looking at the options I noticed bugs crawling on ALL the donuts. I informed the guy at the counter that there were bugs flying on all the donut's . he looked over to where I was pointing, looked at the donut case , shrugged his shoulders , looked me dead in my eyes & said “ do you want some or no “ I said absolutely not!!! Needless to say I won’t be coming back to that location again ! & I reached out to the health department! Absol

The store can be busy because of its location at the intersection, and you never seem to get the wrong order. Better service than many of the other Dunkin Donuts in Waukegan.✔️✔️✔️✔️
ERROL SHAKES★★★★★When ever I'm on this side of town I come here to get my coffee an egg wrap the drive-thru is a little bit lengthy to go around but otherwise fast efficient service the girls are are outgoing and friendly never had a problem here
