I only write reviews when it matters. This one matters. Don't waste your money here. Clearly quality is not their top priority. I ordered a double beef and cheddar combo with curly fries and a coke and paid $12.06. I unwrap my sandwich and to my disbelief I did not get what I ordered and paid for. The meat portion was smaller than a normal beef and cheddar!! How pathetic!!! The curly fries had 6 good ones on top and they were hiding all the broken bits and pieces!! I was just robbed of my $12. I will not be back.

On June 5th about 11:30am I went through the drive through with my grandson (who is 4), our windows were down so he could say hi to the "guy". My grandson decided to ask the "guy" about spicy things and if the "guy" liked bananas! I called the store after to ask the name of the "guy" Javonte is FANTASTIC, he took 30 seconds out of his day to talk to my grandson about spicy foods and bananas....who does that??!! I don't mean to single Arby's out, as I have experienced this in other fast food joints lately, but what is up with blaming customers when you get their order wrong? If the order is not right. Just make it right. I gave up and left with food I didn't order that was going straight in the trash, because I didn't want to argue with your workers over it. It might feel like a win when you get people to pay for items they didn't order or want, but I've been a customer for 48 yrs. and I'm done with Arby's now.

The lunch rush was interrupted by a major order from an old folks home and it took a while for the food and the orders because the nurse didn't plan ahead and about 30 meal orders were placed online and the staff wasn't prepared for all of those orders.
