We always look at service first, and we can say that We had GREAT service. The young man was very respectful and patient with us as we decided what we wanted to feast on. It was our very first time in the restaurant. First appearance was very, very clean. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great job in service and in the delicious crunchy chicken.

This location needs better management and improved customer service. I placed my order at 5:54 PM, paid at 6:00 PM, and wasn’t notified until 6:10 PM that they didn’t have spicy tenders available and that I would need to wait an additional 7 minutes because they had just started cooking them. By that point, I had already been waiting over 10 minutes with no updates. I finally received my order at 6:16 PM. Considering it was only 4 spicy chicken tenders, the wait time was excessive. There is definitely room for improvement in both communication and service speed.

This location saved our butt! We had a 300 person event that the catering fell through on just an hour before dinner was supposed to be served. I got a hold of this location and MAN did they save me! They managed to put together a bunch of the food I needed in record time! The customer service was on point! Thank you so much!
